DIY Birthday Party Decorations on a Limited Budget

If you are planning to have a birthday party soon at a low cost, don’t worry. Because with a limited budget you can also really decorate your party so that it looks unique and cool. You don’t have to spend a lot of money, because you can be creative with cheap materials.
Here are tips and tricks for those of you who want to make party decorations that are hits and unique but with limited funds.
1. Tissue Paper Pom Poms: You can use as table decorations or hanging decorations
To make a cool hanging decoration like this, it turns out that you don’t need difficult and expensive materials, you know. If you are diligent and painstaking, this tissue paper pom pom hanging decoration will be a very beautiful decoration at your birthday party.
First of all, cut the tissue paper that you will use in a rectangular shape, adjusting to the size of the pom-pom you will make. Make 10 sheets and divide each by 5, until later you have 2 sides of the pompom that you will join (one side of 5 stacks of paper).
Fold 5 tissue papers that you have cut out and stack them in an accordion / pleated shape until the paper runs out.
Scissors each curved end.
Join the paper with floral wire.
Carefully lift the folded paper towards the center, as shown in the example.
Continue lifting the tissue paper until it forms half a pretty flower ball.
One side is finished, repeat the process again using the remaining 5 pieces of paper left earlier to make the other side of the pompom. When all the sides are done, glue them together to make a unique paper pompom ball.

Glue gun/Paper glue
First, prepare a square-sized paper and divide it into 3 parts.
Fold the accordion-shaped paper all the way up.
Unfold to form a fan, unite everything with glue to form a circle. Done, all you have to do is create. Can be affixed or hung, according to your taste.
3. Honeycomb Tissue Ball: A unique and cute hanging decoration
Honeycomb balls made of tissue paper are great for any party. They are super cheap, easy to make and can be made to match any color theme. The perfect decoration for a birthday or wedding or good party, just about the occasion really. Hang them from a tree or fence. You can also cover the walls and make cool photo backgrounds. Perfect.
Tissue paper/Oil paper
Make lines with a distance of about 1.5 cm or 2 cm as guide lines.
Glue oil paper or tissue paper that you will make honeycomb balls according to the guide lines you made (see picture). The closer the glue gap, the smaller and tighter the cavity you will produce.
Do the same with about 50 tissue papers.
Stack the paper until it sticks and dry, fold it and then cut it in a semi-circle like the picture.
Glue the white cardboard on the semicircle that you cut out earlier, making holes in the ends to insert the thread.
Spread out the two folded papers and glue them together until they become a ball. It’s a bit complicated but the result is beautiful.
